like some others, i started collecting the title when it first came out, but stopped cold turkey, because at the time, i was still an undergrad, and was perpetually broke.
it is good to see that they are still coming out with the trades.
and i never knew an anime was made. i’ll have to check it out somehow just to see how bad it really is.
prison arc still not over in the US, thats fucked up. they taking way too long to translate shit. anyway the japanese chpters are really getting into it. manji and eyearm started fighting, itto ryo starting making its moves against mugai ryo. a lot of action coming up for you after the prison arc, better check it out.

I really like the Prison Arc, I don’t see why some people think it’s boring. These last chapters have been especially awesome.

I have a few issues of BotI in normal comic form, but prefer to buy them in the TPB form because I like longer, continuous reads (a reason why the Akira trades are fucking amazing).
But anyways, I just got volume 24: Massacre awhile back. Finally Anotsu doing his thang again. And Magatsu. YEEEESSS.
So yeah…just came here to rant and see if anyone still pays attention to this.
I don’t read the jap translations or anything so I bet it’s pretty far passed the “Massacre” arc. Pretty excited for what happens next.

That happens to me every single time I buy a new volume. I’m like “soooo…wait what’s going on?”
I have a few volumes that are pretty imprinted into my brain, due to awesome action, but as far as the politics go, I completely forget what’s going on every time. Not that it’s complicated or anything, I’m just so amped to see people get sliced up that I speed read through chatty pages.
I wanna get back into this series. I don’t even know who sells them anymore. Amazon?
