Hey, is anyone else about to receive a Mike Tyson action figure from the sweepstakes that took place during the scavenger hunt? Just received an e-mail from them just now. I’d prefer the statue but w/e.
I haven’t gotten to watch it, but I’ve heard of it. I wasn’t sure how it was going to turn out and it gave a mixed vibe between old-school Scooby Doo and Sealab 2021 going from the preview and the animation, but I’ll check it out when I catch it.

It has some weird downtime sometimes like the moon mission one, like it barely fits the 15 minutes but all the lines are great.

I don’t think “Black Dynamite, you ain’t shit!” will ever stop making me laugh out loud.
This episode was good, but it still kind of ended the streak of great that the last five episodes had going.

yeah that mr. rogers episode felt boondockish which isnt a bad thing but it did not feel black dynamitish
LMAO at the mom yelling Rondell for minutes

They handled Mr Rogers a lot better than Boondocks did without even a good impersonator for his voice in their episode.
Maybe some of the same writers carried over, which doesn’t necessarily mean a good thing off the last Boondocks season.

Such a weird episode, Black Dynamite smiling too, writers must have been on cocaine.

I’m not confused by the smile, i’n confused by how big it is. He’s smiled before in the show and in the movie, but it’s never been full on like that.
He isn’t portrayed as dumb, just as over dramatic and cartoonishly short-sighted, been that way since season 1(and the movie).
That is true but I didn’t get that from this episode. It wasn’t a quick joke here and there, awkward pause moments etc, it just continued throughout the episode so it just made him seem dumb.
