Welcome to the Bison’s Autoshop SRK thread! The official thread for the Kitchener/Waterloo/Guelph and region fighting game players.

GAMES WE PLAY:

  • Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition 2012 (XBOX 360)
  • Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 (XBOX 360)
  • King of Fighters XIII (XBOX 360)
  • Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online Edition (XBOX 360)

Our Setup
We have a total of 7 XBOX 360 Stations!

  • 5 Casual Stations + 1 Streaming Station
  • 1 CRT for BYOC

WHEN:
We play (almost) every **Wednesday **and Sunday from 6:00pm - 10:30pm

Check the Bison’s Autoshop Website/this thread/Facebook page/Twitter page to see if casuals are cancelled for any reason. You can also join us for food or drinks before or after casuals.

Lakeshore Motors (aka Bison’s Autoshop)
100 Lodge St., 2nd Floor
Waterloo Ontario

Nearest major intersection: University Ave. E and Weber St. N

COST:
$3 Entry fee per person
$1 pop/chips
$2.50 Red Rain energy drink

TRANSPORTATION:
The #8 bus stops across the street from Lakeshore Motors.
The #12 bus stops at University Ave. E and Weber St. N.
The #7 and #9 buses stop at University and King, which is a 10-minute walk away.
The iExpress stops at Laurier University, a 15-minute walk away.

  • Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition 2012 Ranbats - Wednesdays at 7:30pm
  • Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Ranbats - Sundays at 7:30pm

Points are awarded as follows:

1st - 10 pts
2nd - 7 pts
3rd - 5 pts
4th - 3 pts
tied for 5th - 1 pt

I’m waiting for a DLC sale before picking up SFxT again.

For about $5 cheaper I think? Still not the most tempting for me so far I have to admit…

They did discount them from 1600 --> 1200 MS points.

Anyways, I ended up buying the game for $20 and the DLC for $15. Still not bad considering the game was worth twice that when it was half-assed with half the cast.

I’ll be bringing in my system with the DLC and all updates on Sunday (with the power adapter this time).

Just an update to those who check the SRK thread, casuals will now be only held on Wednesdays until further notice.

Not sure if you guys remember me I was the Honda player who used to always come… I moved to Germany for a year.

good to see you guys are still playing, I will be back in August, I have been levelling up hard in Europe, played against Tokido, Ryan Hart, Momi, MBR, Kenzo, anyone I can. Just hit A Rank with Honda online can’t wait to play offline again!
