I dunno why… but 4 standing shorts? lol… you can walk forward and have charge by the time they all connect… I dunno if its been posted before, but beer makes you do silly things.

the fact that most characters you cant do 4 standing shorts… and the fact that you can gain charge simply by doing them.
obviously that fat ass characters can get comboed easily… u can do the same vs blanka after a FK crossup…
