Parking
Click here. There are many places to park on campus but most require a $3 fee. For free parking, see the map above. Come in on University Avenue and right before you hit the university, turn onto Philips St. You will pass RIM parking lots, which are free to park on weekends. Once parked, you are right beside campus and can walk to the SLC in 3 minutes. See map if you are confused. A University of Waterloo Map can be found here.

Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition (360): Double elimination singles, Single elimination teams
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 (360): Single elimination teams
8+ Stations + 1 Feature Station major matches/top 8 for each game.
Stations will be open for casual play once tournaments near completion.

Bring your own Sticks/Controllers:
The console equipment will be labeled and registered to ensure its safety. However, please be careful with your sticks. Furthermore, if you know you?re attending and you do not have a stick to use, make sure you have a friend who can donate. All singles matches will enforce a 5 minute rule and if you can?t find a stick within that time you will be disqualified. This is advance warning and will not be brought up again.

Schedule:
12:00pm - 1:30pm - Registration for all tournaments. Strict deadline, if you are not registered by 1:30pm, you are not in.
2:00pm - 4:00pm - SSFIV AE Singles
4:00pm - 6:00pm - UMvC Teams
6:00pm - 8:00pm - SSFIV AE Teams.

Controller/Stick Problems:
You are required to button check before your match. There are no excuses. The LS/RS excuse will not fly. If you have any stick/button problems at anytime during your match, its your problem, its your job to make sure your stick is reliable. The round will be played to conclusion and you will get a chance to fix your buttons or replace your stick next round.
VENUE FEE ($10)
Non-tournament players will still be required to pay the $10 entrance fee. Entrance fee gives you free casuals whenever the stations allow. Spectators are free of charge.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR DRINKING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IS PERMITTED WITHIN THE PREMISES.
