Not sure yet

what do you guys think of this new tech?

Cool. I’ll be amazed if I see it in a match though. Is it character specific?

Jump back mp hell attack u2 is already viable.

How is that possible? Did he input dash in the air on the way down

Hi guys. Just wanted to share a basic string OS i’ve been testing with Bison, don’t know if its new or not but anyway…

It’s just cr.lp - cr.lp+HP. If the cr.HP OS connects you react to it and cancel with red focus. Surprisingly it does hit the majority of the cast. It hits almost every character that has a backdash under 13.0 distance. You can net 350 damage with cr.MP - far.MP - Scissors HK and even more with Ultra.

Not new. And you don’t have to react. Just do cr.lp > cr.lp + cr.hp > cr.lp + cr.mp + cr.mk (Red Focus)
If he blocks you do 3 x cr.lp
If he backdash the OS come out and the REd Focus connect

I see. I think reacting is still better actually, because cr.LP 3 times doesn’t give you a good spacing for frame traps.

Was bored, did some tests with Psycho crusher crossups using SF4 Show-off. Nothing new, but it’s nice to have some almost concrete data.
Everything was tested against Ryu quickstanding at the first possible frame.

I’ll test the no quickstanding cases also.

TL;DR:
-Most of these crossups are frame specific, so not that very useful. But most of them show that it’s better to wait a few frames before doing the PC.
-LK.SK setups are very distance specific, to the point where cr.LKx4->LK.SK, cr.LKx3->LK.SK and cr.LK->LK.SK produce different results.
-MK.SK setups are strangely the same and aren’t affected by the number of cr.LKs you do.
-Unsurprisingly LP.PC followups after LK.SK or MK.SK are trash against characters that have reversals.
-LP.PC followups after cr.LP, st.LP, st.LK, cr.MK xx LP.PC -> LP.PC are evil.
-If you’re looking for random results, always do LK.SK setups.
-There’s always a sweetspot that not only makes invincible reversals whiff, but sometimes stuffs them completely (at least against Ryu).

The sweetspot one even deals full damage. I ve been doing that since 2010

Does anybody has any reliable + useful new tech/setups for Ultra 1 with 10 frame start up and 40f charge time ?

Something you actually can use in a MU or as character specific tech ?

Thx
