First, I want to apologize for creating a new thread. I’ve requested avs before and appreciate the organization of a big request thread, but I was wanting to get an av made for when I change my handle and there isn’t a big thread up as I am creating this one, so here goes:
I’ll try to be as detailed as possible as I know that makes av makers’ lives much easier. My idea is for an M. Bison avatar using his new ultra, Psycho Punisher, and an inside joke with some friends of mine. I found this video of Psycho Punisher:

What I want is to start the clip with as much of the ultra startup as you can get, but little-to-none of the player doing the command, which makes Bison wiggle (I just think this makes it look cleaner).
Then right as the stomp part of the ultra hits (at approx. 0:04 in) I want the word “BASS!!” to appear in large sentai style text, like you can see here:
I’d like for the text to be purple and include some of those intense, stylized exclamation points like you see in that image. As far as the placement of the text, I trust your judgment as av makers on where you think it will look the coolest.
I’ll be getting premium once i change my handle, but as far as size, if it’s not too much trouble to have a premium and non-premium version, that’d be great.
