Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, wrath of the lamb?

I read in a description that this is a remake. Does that mean it is a remake of Binding of Isaac + Wrath of the Lamb together?

Yes. It’s basically everything in the old Isaac on a new, more stable engine + additional content. If you like the old Isaac, get this, it’s great.

Rebirth is good and well worth the price of admission. Its in my backlog, I have played it a few times, I am going to go HAM on it as soon as I finish Castle in the Darkness.
