Our last tournament had 138 players register for 1v1’s and 36 teams for 2v2’s. We are expecting similar numbers and possibly more players for E2C 12. For E2C 12 we will be running Smash 4 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 VIP’s as well as Melee, Project M, and 64 1v1’s. 3v3 VIP is a new popular game mode we have tested at our weeklies where each team has a player designated the VIP and the objective is to take out the VIP on the other team without stock sharing or losing your own VIP. We have side games that we will run if 4 or more register and someone brings a setup which includes Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart 8, Pokemon X & Y, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, Ultra Street Fighter IV, Injustice, Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Mortal Kombat 9, and Skullgirls. All players and spectators will be provided with free food around noon and 7 pm. Make sure to register before 2/28 before the venue fee increases.
