Hello SRK,
I have this case. It was sort of experimental.
At first I wasn’t going to sell it but if I don’t it will just sit there collecting dust and I think someone might appreciate it. More on that down below.

It is made out of carbon fiber obviously. 3 layers with one core layer to be exact.
This case is perfect for snap-in buttons. It has three 24mm holes in a recessed section on the back and six regular 30mm holes in the Astro City layout.
There is no room for artwork unless you want to go the lami-label route.
Its dimensions are 12" x 8"
The slant has the back at 2 1/4" and the front at 1 1/2"
Overall it is compact and lightweight.

It has a lexan bottom cover and 4 rubber feet. It also has a cnc cut aluminum joystick mounting plate that will accept both JLF and S-plate LS-32.

The finish. This is why I wasn’t going to sell it initially. When it came out of the mold it had a lot of pinholes at the weave intersections.
I was in the process of brushing on thick layers of polyurethane and sanding it down between coats to fill them in. I think I got to coat 4 when I lost interest.
You can see in the pic below its 3 flaws.
- The pinholes
- The weave is a little distorted on a spot on that side of the stick.
- You can see where the polyurethane had pooled up along the bottom ridge after the last heavy coat I had put on.

So, I am being honest about it. It isn’t at a level I would consider finished. You can finish it if you want, with more layers of polyurethane and some sanding.
However, it still looks awesome if you aren’t sweating the details.
I think this stick would make a good travel stick. Something small enough to chuck in a bag and take it with you while not worrying or caring if it got scratched up. But still fancy enough to make people go, “Hey, that’s a cool stick, is that real carbon fiber?” and you can go “Yeah.” and act like it’s nothing but a thing.
