I’m kinda leaning towards not making them tourney legal because their movesets don’t look like they were intended for tourney play, the cactus and fish at least. :\
This may be a stupid question but where can I get this game? I’ve been searching the net in an attempt to get it, but my search-fu is weak. Aside from that (assuming I get a hold of a copy) anything I need to know about getting it to run on my computer and/or with my X-Arcade controller? If this is answered elsewhere don’t feel bad about telling me.

i say let people use super heita if they can manage 4 taunts with regular heita
lack of lots of lasers makes DD not as menacing as the boss version, but i still dunno…theres nothing horribly broken about any of the secret characters…although if every match turns into fish vs cactus…well, the game may start to lose its appeal

Sorry, that’s actually what I meant :/. I tend to buy things I have the cash for and if I don’t I wait till I do (that boxer, Burai, looks too cool to pass up). Really though, I will buy it, just can’t find where to. Again sorry if that came out wrong.
He takes damage for every move he does, blocked or not? Unless he has some incredibly broken mixup game you could… just BLOCK for eternity then kill him in one combo.

i dont see why cactus and fish should be banned especially fish.
I may be in the wrong for feeling this way, but, I hate characters like that. There’s a cast of humanoid characters and then something like a dog or 2 foot tall lizard(Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure comes to mind). What sucks is that I’m sure the creators aren’t going to straight up say “these characters were made just for shitting around”. So now it’s debatable that they shouldn’t be banned. It just feels, wrong. You know?
The fish best no meter combo is four hits and under 1000 dmg, sure he has a mean keepaway game but i dont see why he should be banned.
I haven’t had the chance to play this game yet(FFFFFUUUCK!) so I’ll explain my experience from Jojo’s. I’m playing this game with my boys and then one of them starts to pick the animal characters. This irks me so much because even though the character may not be broken, it’s like the combat has become stupified. So much of the actual gameplay has become moot because you’re using a character that ducks under mids by default or is flying 24/7. I’m fighting a fucking dog so I guess I’ll be just using a bunch of lows.
Should choi be banned from kof games?
The loop is doable on everyone in super mode, but it’s quite hard on the characters you listed.

He loses life only for special move use, also it’s not like Toki but his throw gives some good damage, so you might be prudent not just to block all day.
Heita is more than playable as normal.
He just seems slower than everyone else. Not much mixup potential, but I think he does good damage. 5000 or so for 2 meter seems pretty on par with everyone else.
Edit: o yeah, and rushdown Daigo is fun. =D

SSJ Heita and Reg. Heita’s Super Mode have to have different properties, atleast to me they do. The loop with SSJ Heita works on everyone, however RH’s Supermode does not (or is next to impossible compared to the aforementioned).
Or me attempting attempting to test it while i’m half asleep is what’s making it next to impossible, whatever 
Heh. I’ll put it like this. I don’t think he SHOULD, but I think creating so small a character with the intention of them being playable is a flawed concept. That character in Battle Fantasia doesn’t make me feel the same way because his/her/its hat makes the hitbox have a more average height.
I won’t speak more of it in this thread. Don’t wanna go too off topic.
I know they’re not the same, i mentionned it in the previous page, but i don’t see any difference for this, note that on those 3 chars, you need to be not too close when you start the combo, i also do A B on the ground for the first 2 reps (instead of just B for the others), but outside of corner i think it might be hard to get the spacing right in versus, so it’s not so usefull as against the rest of the cast.
