^Him killing Mike is what made me actually hate him in BB.
I think there is a moment in BB for every sane minded human where they just go “wow, fuck you Walt”. Surprisingly I was able to push past child poisoning and letting a woman drown to death in her own vomit(resulting in the deaths of many other people via plane crash), but yeah, Mike was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
His reasons, if he has any or not, don’t matter and/or are unknown at this point and time. I’m not saying it’s not real to him, i’m just saying the “condition” is entirely unreal and is all in his head. The fact that it’s all in his head is his problem, not the actual “condition”.
Holy shit that episode, prep time Mike avenging his boy. Shoulda gave him his own spin off lol, couldnt ask for a better explanation of his back story than how they did it.
Jesse was a drug abusing pusher n dealer who even ripped off his best friends shagging wagon money. Also cried for months over simple shit. Dunno exactly how that measures up to an inscrutable policeman who was under tremedous pressure and only gave up when his hero betrayed his principles.
Cant see the father son dynamic but with hindsight I would say that Mike guilty with his own past was looking out as some kinda redemption thing.
His whole point is that psychiatric treatment is different than medical treatment. He didn’t elaborate beyond that. It’s not my fault he used the wrong word and I took it for what he said. Even though he’s right that management will be different if it’s allergic/immunologic vs. psychiatric, I wasn’t even talking about treatment. I was just saying Saul still has a legitimate reason to cash out on behalf of Chuck. But nobody wants to admit it’s a psychiatric condition because of the stigma it holds. His delusion doesn’t affect his intellect or his skills with the law, but I’m sure Chuck’s worried he’ll never be able to practice because he’ll be marked as psychotic and will either lose his license or clients.
