About to begin the inventory for my really big SE dual mod.
I plan on painting the shell, somehow obtaining some artwork (i’m horrible at cutting), installing either an rj-45 jack or usb, dual mod using dual strike and TEasy board.
Only other thing I wanna do is somehow fix the harness so that it actually stays on the pins on the stick.
related to SE, supergluing squares of construction paper to the inside of the stock stick microswitches (Ultimate JLF mod) + using a JLF spring makes a pretty substantial difference in the stock stick’s performance. I really think people should try it out, I think it will surprise people how it performs.
But he “squeed,” real men don’t “squee,” especially publicans sons who should know that the only way to celebrate is with a nod and tall glass of alcohol.
Also, I’ve noticed that jdm has stopped posting like jdm.
Answering with straight sentences.
No laugh.
Laugh.
Been experimenting with different springs lately to get my LS-32-01 just the right level of stiffness/tightness. Stretched the stock spring, tried a stretched JLF spring, and even clipped an LS-55 spring in half just to see what would happen. Been getting interesting results, with the JLF spring showing the most promise. I’m calling it “virgin tight”. It’s nice, and you can only feel the gate when you REALLY want to.
Come to think, I should probably just switch to circle and get it over with… >.>
