Thanks for both feedbacks on these things. Anyone tried super famicom games on them? I’m guessing they would work, but do the cartrige slots have tabs inside them like the snes does? Anyone want to take a look or a pic for me?

Does this one do justice to the NES audio? That was the biggest complaint I had heard about the famiclones.
Definitely has trouble with SMB3. I have one, too, and it definitely has trouble with it =/. Although, I haven’t tried their latest version?The Retron 3: Genesis, SNES, and NES. Do I think it fixes the NES audio problems, though? No.
I dont have a toaster setup to compare against, and I don’t have golden ears or anything, but the music for Double Dragon, Contra, River City Ransom 
sound like I remember them. Ditto for Super Mario World and Axelay, the two games I play most in the SNES port. It would not surprise me if it wasn’t perfect, but it’s definitely good enough for me. My only sorta regret is the Castlevania 3, because I never played it back in the day.
Oh jeez, I totally forgot I bought an SFC off a Japanese friend of mine when he was moving to New York and couldn’t take his stuff with him. I knew I had the controllers but completely forgot I had the SFC.

The A-1 Tournament that I’m hosting in Sac will be my first and final BB:CS tournament. I will also be FINALLY going back to the Philippines for the holidays (d3v, that means I can finally try to play you), and then when I come back I’m going to have a nice going away party with family.
I’m going to miss my family and friends when I go, and I’m going to miss this thread. Tech Talking with you guys has been a pleasure. It was really fun learning new and exciting things, from simple art-swapping, to soldering for dual-mods and pad hacks. This thread created modding a hobby for me now, and I’m grateful for that. Thanks to everyone, I will miss you guys!

I finally caved and bought Tapatalk so I could post from my Android. They took down the free version of it. I loaded my phone with crap, reloaded it to factory and the app was gone.
