hey emil who do you think is the best hawkeye in japan? i need some reference material on how to deal with certain matchups and was wondering if they have anyone who’s really exceptional/stand out.
i’ve already watched a lot of yipes hawkeye (my personal vote for best overall [player skill + character knowledge]) but not really gettin’ too much since it’s mostly player skill. wondering if japanese dudes have anything that sticks out for particular matchups ( especially vs top tier) that i’ve overlooked.
I haven’t seen any notable Hawkeyes in Japan…I’d probably use Yipes, Combofiend and ChrisG for reference.

Lol umm all i know is stream monsters kept telling fanatiq hes not the best magneto (Joker or Ray Ray are), it was prolly people from this thread lmao. Then he just got fed up and said he will MM both of em to prove he’s the better magneto. I think thats how it all started.
The drama started because Fanatiq is loud and childish, he reminds me of exactly what Kusoru said he was annoyed at with the American scene, people getting in your face demanding money matches to save their ego.
These money matches won’t prove who is the best Magneto, and there are other Magnetos they need to look into for best Magneto (Japan has a ton of Magnetos that are worthy, though execution-wise not on the level of Joker).

Most “best characters” are from Japan, real talk. Easily over half the cast. Japan has the best Firebrand(probably), Strider, Phoenix Wright, Chris(maybe), Frank West, Vergil, Morrigan, Tron, Spencer(maybe), Joe, Strange, Raccoon, Thor, Spiderman, Hulk, Phoenix(maybe), Magneto(maybe), She-Hulk.
All this riding going on here.
