Hi experts,
What’s the best PC PSX emulator for ripping sprites? I’m hoping it will be one that A) plays using your computer’s CD or DVD-ROM drive to work, so that you can just put the PSX game in to play it and, B) one that captures clean screenshots, hopefully with a slo-motion/frame-by-frame keypress option.
