This crap probably wouldn’t even fly in India, they have strict VAWA laws out there in the cities and such. San Francisco isn’t a rural area either obviously, so this guy’s BS won’t work anywhere.
He’s lucky to just get fired and get the fine. It’s probably because he didn’t leave any visible bruises, and she isn’t interested in dragging it out. I don’t mind seizing this guy’s assets and deporting him back to India honestly, that’s probably the best way to handle this.

I have experienced it myself too on several occasions, when I was still in my teens I had a birthday party and didn’t invite this chick because she was psychotic. She also tried too hard but I kept telling her I’m not interested (because she’s psychotic and has drug issues), but she got so pissed off that I didn’t invite her that she called the cops and made a ton of shit up. Luckily, too bad for her I trained with the cop when he was off work so nothing happened. I just ignored and avoided her and luckily she moved on. If I really wanted to get revenge at her I could have had cops put her in jail for all the drugs she does/has but I’m not the kind of person to ruin another person’s life.
These chicks can’t continue making shit up about people and ruining people’s lives without any consequences. Something needs to be done.
