Marriage is kind of dumb these days. A lot of things right now are part of a relatively recent social experiment, I suspect things will be fixed up going forward because most of these ideas are pretty dumb. You can get away with dumb ideas for only so long until you run out of resources and drive everything into the ground, we’re pretty much at that point now.

Logic and reasoning tend to fall apart when you’re getting your dick wet and society is pressuring you. There are some tax breaks for having kids as well, and a bunch of government programs in place.
I personally still don’t think it’s enough. I do think I’ll probably get married and start a family some day, just not in the US. I am thinking maybe Mexico or Brazil or some other place that actually values men and takes real world gender roles into consideration. If you’re not rich, it’s not a bad idea to get out of this collapsing empire before it’s too late.
