Not really a character select theme but the tune was so catchy that my friend rearranged the OST in his B3 ISO so that this would the Character Select theme. :lol:

Yeah, close thread. This one’s the best.
You knew when you put those two quarters in and hit start when this theme came on, it got real. I don’t think there was at the time a more intense character select theme and combined with how loud the cabinet for KI was, it set the mood just right. I can recall listening to the theme for the full allotted time before the timer went off a selected my character. Too epic of a theme.
Tekken 3, TTT, Tekken 2, and Street Fighter EX3 are all close runners up.
SSF2T PC CDRom vesion, it had a bug that switched the logo screen music with the proper character select screen music, this made the game even more awesome :rock:
