Ive been trying C.hp, but it doesnt seem reliable. Jin stuffed it constantly with J.hk. so do many others.
I have also tried the knee lift, which seems to get stuffed as well.

If they’re not crossing you up then Mid-Air Leg Screw

If they’re crossing you up, you can either go for an autocorrect counter or EX Shining Wizard to get out of there. Otherwise you’ve got to block, get the situation reset, and go for a jump back attack if you see it coming

Mid-air leg screw until they start empty jumping, then I’ll rely more on c.HP (use it only at a distance) cl.MP can be used closer but I don’t think it’s worth the risk, it’s pretty unreliable (get a far MP if not timed right). Tbh, I think an air-to-air is one of the best options. I did some tests in training mode and j.MP seemed the most reliable, it comes out quicker than j.HK and the hitbox is just as good, stuffs everything. I must try experimenting with Jaguar Step on jump-in.
Every time I try to EX shining wizard to avoid a crossup, I eat a combo in my recovery.
cl.strong is good against jump-ins from really close (typically people do it in the middle of hitconfirms if they see you block), although it doesn’t work vs the whole cast.
i just spent the last hour+ in training room working on crossups. If u do a cs.HP or cs.HK the crossup whiffs. the HP moves King forward, and for some reason the HK just shrink his hitbox. Note: im been doing it in training room and have not had time to test it out beyond that

King can evade cross-ups using cs.hp, dash, jaguar step or MK/HK Tomahawk (not entirely safe).
If the opponent jumps from very close, the best option seems to be walking back and mid-air Leg Screw or back jump hp/hk/mk tag cancel.
If the opponent jumps from a normal cross-up distance, the best option is to walk back and anti-air with st.mp. On counter hit you can juggle with JKL, cs.hp xx RJB for 346 damage (470 if you replace RJB with Super).
You can dash under and try to fish for a counter hit using f.mp, cr.lk, cr.mp, Shoulder Tackle, Disgraceful Kick or EX Konvict Kick.
You can also backdash > EX Tomahawk or Shoulder Tackle or Jaguar Step Lariat into cross-rush
If the opponent jumps from normal jump distance, you can anti-air with cr.hp CH, CADC, cr.lp, cs.hp xx RJB for 333 damage.
