Why are you any of you suprised? The game is filled with tons of questionable design choices. I wouldn’t be surprised if Capcom nerfed everyone into oblivion but kept Rufus and Boxer the same.
i figured capcom would get the hint after a lot of competitive people complained about the design choices but nah they seem to be as incompetent as ever, we as hardcore fans will forever bitch about their future decisions

i dunno how this new version will play out, but i was kinda happy with ryu’s nerfs from vanilla to super – made me think a lot more about the mechanics of fighting games. so it improved my game. but that’s cuz i’m a n00b.
