Personally I focus more on landing SA3 off Low, Short(x2) combos. I mean I really jus short people to death it’s a good poke can setup a lot of things thats really tricky to catch. Like low short, hesitate a lil then short(x2) SA3.
You should really never hold back and chill unless your low on energy, but I’ rush even with low energy. Jus cuz most people don’t think you’ll do it but when you go on an all out offense know that you’ll to burn a lot of meter for Ex moves. Mainly becuase you gotta keep your ass cover’d homie. When your low on life. Mainly using ex fireball, and super jump ex spin kick. Use anti-airs for example. If your fighting a person(s) who are parry whores. Use standing jab–>dash under them. From here you can low short(x2)–>sa, low forward–>sa, or jus grab, or low short, walk up then grab.
Some corner tricks can be.
