Cool, what about the alternative weapons? They worth using or should I just stick with the regular guns?
All the weapons are pretty good and have their uses. Once you start to learn the mechanics of the game more you’ll be switching weapons in combat. Some weapons like the whip only have one or two good uses, but setting it as your secondary set you can switch to it, pull an enemy to you and switch back to your other set for combos.
Unless you are playing NSIC or farming halos I don’t think you need to be using the Kilgore glitch. Anyway, get used to doing it over and over and over and over again.

I own the 360 version of Bayonetta and the Image that’s on the dashboard that that shows the Play Game on My Xbox.
Well the usual pic is of her foot with some bullet shells falling down.
For a little bit the pic changed for like 20 minutes to a red background and a picture of Bayonetta spreading her legs.
Now it’s back to the original pic, is there something i’m missing here?**

Would the Pulley’s Butterfly and Gaze of Despair work for point farming and avoiding damage?

EDIT: Yep this combo is pretty broken, Gaze of Despair keeps me with unlimited magic for the butterfly… plus it makes the enemies berserk and allows me to get almost an infinite amount of points…

Do the items only have temporary effects or are the effects permanently yours at will like the animal transformations??
You can use them as long as they are equipped. Some require magic power, like the witch time accessory.
I need to get back to this game and finish my platinum run.

I love Bayonetta to death, but not sure if I will be willing to buy a console for it. Hopes it pulls a No More Heroes jump and eventually gets released on other platforms.

Nintendo playing hard ball yo. I smart move by them I think. I still havent finished Bayonetta, I’ve tried several times to get through it but I always get bored with it when I get to the motorcycle or flying part(s).
My question is WHY?! From a money making pov, this doesn’t make sense. Especially for the Bayonetta people. This isn’t their target audience. I just do NOT understand this move at all…it’s not even like a crazy exclusive to get…
Bayonetta 2 was cancelled for the PS3/360. It was revived for the Wii U as a way to cater to the hardcore.
I might get it since I wanted to pick up the new Luigi’s Mansion for the WiiU why not pick up Bayo 2 and stream it somehow.
I must admit, those were the most painful parts of the game. I will agree with you that this is a pretty gutsy move for Platinum Games, so the Wii U isn’t meant to be taken as a novelty. I just hope that those of us that don’t grab the new console will eventually see it
