Hey Jon…I took the Mini back and got my money. Best Buy had the Nano’s in, said it was the 2nd shipment but only had the 2g and I want the 4. Said they sold out late last week after 20 mins. I dont understand why their the only store to have them so far. Circuit City said Apple isnt sending to retailers until the 16th.
I almost bought the 2g one the temptation was there…but I said nah, ill wait.
Im off today. What time does the PAT come in? or is that another day. So we gaming or what?

I dont know about tonight. Furious Momz getting crazy mad because we aint help clean my granny’s house. So may have to put a hold gaming tonight. Also we need a serious meeting on gaming.
We need to really sit down and discuss what we need to do, me and Brian were talking about it this week we need some sort of practice schedule…have an open discussion on our weekness and strengths. Team effort!!! We’ve been doing this for about 9 months with no progress. We need to be on the same page.

i like the new idea of helping each other. so i will start off. Jon, you oughta know what im going to say. You sweep way too much and it can get punished everytime. You want to play Ryu kinda like how joe does. He puts moves out that stuff yours from hitting and also he forces you to jump in and make mistakes. Normally its you the one jumping in all the time. Brian, execution. Joe, has to make his super art something that we all should fear. He rarely uses his super, when nearly everyone else uses them religiously. This should help everyone somewhat.
Call me up when you guys decide on when you can play next. I have exams this week and I am working and studying right now. I check in every so often to make sure the fight nights are still alive.

I talked with the guy from FX and he wants to hold an old school street fighter tourney sometime when he gets that projector fixed. I think we should push him to do the street fighter 3rd strike tourney. What do you guys think? Also, we could bring the sticks and allow people to use them, which would mean constant supervision of dumb kids and jose. i wouldnt mind letting someone use mine for the tourney. Tell him 2 out of 3 and 3 out of 5 grand finals. If joe, jon, brian, jose, stevun, myself and brians gf come along then we should have enough, maybe even those netherland boys too. What yall think?
I have a question for you guys, I am in the process of planning another modular control panel for the arcade machine…and a few wireless sticks.
Are you guys placing 3S on DC or Xbox? Also, what controllers are you hacking for your sticks?
I am going to make some REALLY slick sticks and when it gets time for a BIG TIME tourney they are possibly going to be in with some of the prizes.
Marcus, make sure they’re not using wireless controllers. I think they got it rigged where the playstation is behind the screen. The tekken 5 tourney was rigged like that. They used some sloppy wireless ps controllers that would lag, moves wouldnt read, and the pad was just a big round button. If they’re gonna have it they need to put the ps in the front where we can connect or disconnect different sticks or controllers. Might as well just make the tourney AE and 3s.
I’ll let jon talk to nether. Im not sure on the wireless stick deal. The sticks we use are cheap madcatz ps controllers with DC converters and Xbox dragoncube converters. The only way to go. We play 3s on xbox and ps2.
man I was holding it down when I played Jon the other day, like I said before, me and Jon go back and forth wrecking on each other. I will change my strategy to combos cause thats wat realy matters for now right?

That is correct. Bring your strong game, but make sure not to use it against me in 3s or I will have to cry. haha
nether get good at 3s, shouldnt take you very long to get good at it from what I hear about the ST games of your guys. 3S is more fun than st or those others. Hook it up with a 3s machine too =)

I’m trying…just having alittle trouble using a controller, it will be awhile for my next order of controls gets placed…I found a few Sanwa’s in my scrap box…but I think they are too far gone.
I will keep practicing though, maybe by next Saturday I will be able to give you guys some competition. 
cant wait to see what the sticks would look like. We’ll bring 2 sticks so 3s can be played. How many people again are you expecting?
I have 5 that are definites. Then Orichu(sp) from Dallas said he is coming, +your 4-5 looks like around 10 or so. I have a double elimination bracket made up from 1-16 players…so I’m ready as far as the bracket goes.
I made a few boxes this weekend for sticks, but out of scraps just for testing. I’m gonna go pick up some Birch this week and get to work on them.
