She needs to grow her hair back out, and get rid of that ugly ass tattoo. But yeah, she seems pretty easy. The base ship over Starbuck and Cally? Cally is pretty hot imo. Not up there with the cylon bitches. I wouldn’t hit Xena. Maybe when she actually was Xena, but shes ugly in this show.

They have been jamming Starbuck down my throat all season, and the more the do it, the more I don’t care about her. She hasn’t done anything of any significance, you are just supposed to care when she gets drunk, gets pissed/sad, cheats on her husband. Her entire part of the story this season has been soap opera bullshit. The fact that they devoted an entire episode to killing her off drives the point home. Hopefully that means I won’t have to hear about her anymore. We need more about Baltar and the Cylons, and less soap opera love story crap.
i’m a leg man. Starbuck’s leg shape is miserable; and i hate her character. i’m glad she’s dead, and praying she’s not one of the final 5. :wgrin:
meh, most girls around here look like Cally. she can’t compete when you compare her to all the other unattainable women in the show. Xena just looks ok on this show to me. on Xena i liked Gabrielle better. i probably wouldn’t do Xena because i hate chicks that walk by hyper extending their legs. also, The President would die in the first wave of my dickolocaust. and since i’m making up the rules in my fantasies, in pure contradictory fashion, i’d do the baseship, even though she doesn’t even have legs. why?

I feel sad yall. I started this thread and I haven’t been able to keep up with Season 3.5 at all. Once they moved the times to Sunday I haven’t been able to keep up. And then they moved the re-airing from Mondays (after all my shows are over) to some other day during the week when I’m working.

That Starbuck death episode was really sad, didn’t expect Adama to trash that miniature ship of his, powerful stuff. Always love the CG scenes in Galactica. Easily the best SFX on TV bar none.
I have no idea what they are planning for the finale. Baltar might get off after all, but then how would that affect the morale of the fleet? I love the way they played the labor dispute episode though, as usual, its not cut and dry good or evil like other shows, in fact this is probably as specific to a political side they have every been (the writers) and yet it still isn’t simple bad vs good. Despite Baltar’s past you can’t dismiss the fact that he has a point, even if you think that its either a parallel to Mein Kampf or Long Walk to Freedom.

Man, another crappy episode. Enough with the Starbuck bullshit imo. I thought this episode might actually have something to do with Baltar, but it was really just about Lee being a crybaby, and insight into Baltars lawyer. OOOH! Very interesting. Baltar needs to become president again

Starbuck’s birthday card was too good. I loved how that scene was shot, without any flashbacks of Starbuck or it would’ve looked cheesy and contrived. Instead they just have Adama looking over her file (and many many disciplinary reports).
lol I was ready to roll my eyes when I saw Gaius’ new klepto lawyer with the sunglasses trying to ACT cool but then they actually MADE him cool and gave him the best lines! I didn’t even get to catch his name.
Cally and Sharon seem to be developing something. Looks like its more about Sharon’s shared past with the Chief than Cally’s actual distrust of the Cylons though.
Yeah, hopefully they’ll lay off those for a while now that she’s peaced out. I’ll scream if I have to put up with any more shots of her staring at Lee/Lee staring at her. Of all the interesting plot threads going (the Cylons on their own weird and cool ship, Sharon’s integrating with the crew along with her unprecedented half-human/half-alien baby, the people in Caprica’s and Baltar’s respective heads, shutting down the number 3 (Xena) model of Cylon because of her religious revelations, the beginnings of serious disunity and conflict among the Cylons, etc.) they chose that soapy teenage drama of two losers in love despite being grown ass married adults. Gay.
She must have been jealous of Boomer/Chief’s relationship for a long, long time. That shit just doesn’t go away. I really wish they would have kept the deleted scene that involved Sharon pwning Cally in the cockpit bay (you can see it on scifi.com/battlestar). I think its the kind of shit a Cylon would have to not just if she wanted to fit in, but just even to stay alive on a human ship. Scenes like that make believing her intergration among the crew even more belivable, because you see her --work-- for it on a personal level (ie not just by completing missions). Still, with Cally at least, considering her closeness to the chief, and her being one of the last to really accept Athena, its gotta be more then just Athena being a Cylon…
Overall this season has been pretty weak. Too many major and interesting plot points (see above) being ignored to focus on the teenage love drama of characters I just don’t give a damn about. Instead of a science fiction story about a desperate human race trying to survive, most of the 3rd season has been a cheap love story about a bunch of fools that happens to take place in space. It still has some really interesting moments (anything with Baltar, Sharon has some good stuff, anything with the Cylons is cool as that’s actually --science fiction–, etc.), and I’ll keep watching cause I’m --addicted-- dammit, but its hard not to be dissapointed with whats been presented so far this season. I guess there’s a reason that ratings haven’t gone so well this season (besides the new day/time anyway). Hopefully they get their ass in gear for season four.
Oh yeah, Sharon for the win. No I don’t have yellow fever, but her model is cute, as opposed to Caprica’s model, which is just a cliche skinny wannabe blond flat chest no ass magazine-model-bitch. Starbuck would be a great lay but I’d rather jump out of an airlock before having a conversation with her. I’d be down for talking with Cally (about what I don’t know) but she looks to be a boring lay. And I always liked Gabrielle more then Xena.
I’m begining to think baltar is a cylon, the way he clearly imagines the cylon chick, as she clearly sees/imagines him. Those scenes occurred a little to similar, if they’re both cylons, perhaps they can communicate with each other’s thoughts remotely and not aware of it.
I’m also suspecting quite a few others of being cylons as well, the way saul keeps hearing the music even though nothing is there. Like a cylon experiment.
Also I really hope the end preview of the next episode didn’t spoil something major in the storyline, but it sure sounds like it did. Like those DBZ next episode previews that give away everything that happens next.
I can understand how you feel, but I am a sucker for hot white blonde chicks. But yeah, your list of all that is going on really gives me hope for what they could be doing. Lets hope they get back to Baltar and the Cylons. We haven’t seen them in like 3 episodes.
I doubt it. They’ve done so much to make you think he is a cylon, it wouldn’t be a suprise if he actually was one. He is a more interesting character as a human.
