i hope these last 10 episodes are better than the start of this season…it was so painful to watch most of them

The suicide seemed like needless shockvalue injected into the show. As if they think current events are not interesting enough to keep viewers tuned in…
Kinda lame. Otherwise it was an interesting and good first of the new episodes.
Why. It doesn’t even make sense. She’s back from her date, all happy and next thing you know, a casket. I think I agree with True Grave, totally needless shockvalue. I hope they explain a reason at some point, somehow. The Viper scene with Starbuck and Leoban was interesting, along with Saul at the end. Does that mean there are 13 models, or just a total mindfuck between the two scenes.
I didn’t expect Dee to go out like that either. I guess things got so desperate for her that she just wanted to go out on a good note. not that suicide is considered a good note.
As for the reveal at the end… I did not expect that at all… But then again, When Xena said there were only 4 on board, the pieces kinda fell in together.
Damn, can’t wait till next week.

Why are folks surprised that Dee killed herself? Roz gave up. Adama gave up. There were folks fighting in the hallways of the Galactica and people just lying on the floor hopelessly. Dee had temporarily lost it in the beginning of the episode when she started crying. I was horrified when she suddenly pulled out the gun and pulled the trigger. But it was only then, did I really feel how helpless these folks felt. These folks cannot get any more beat up. I was surprised but not really that surprised.
Its gonna be interesting to see where they go from here. They’ve answered some questions but then thrown up a lot more. I don’t think there’s ever been a TV drama this dark, ever.
Good point. I’d imagine there would be a lot more suicides in that situation. I don’t know what I’d do, but I would find it very hard to get out of bed at least.
So, is it far fetched for me to say that Saul and Starbuck are related?
That suicide pissed me off. One less black person on the show.
Umm… I think she was the ONLY black person that had a speaking role and wasn’t a cancer drug induced hallucination.

it was slow and ending was kinda . . . ewwww old people. oh well the maury moment was hilarious.
Yeah, it was a slow episode. It was purely meant for the build-up of subplots. I did think the revelation was pretty sad. 
But he did the right thing in the end by dragging the other guy over there. 
Someone needs to have a talk with Lt Geata and get his to stop being a bitch. That’s all I got out of this episode.
Just got around to watching the latest 2 episodes.
First one was fuckin dope. Dee’s suicide made sense to me. Big time bummer. I’m really interested to see where they take that shit with Kara finding her own name tag. As for the fifth cylon, wasn’t a surprise to me.
Most recent one was hard to watch, not because it was bad, but because they are setting up a plot that looks like it will be really rough on all the main cast. Adama is the rock of the show, so it will be really crazy if he just sort of gives up like Rosilin, who is really annoying right now, but I can understand why she’s being the way she is. Seems like its time for Lee to step it up. Also Geata is a punk.

That was an incredibly tense episode. It gave us a lot of “bad ass” scenes but it also just depressed me so much. Everything is going down the tubes. It was nice to see Rosilyn finally snap out of it and turn into a beast. The Kara and Lee scenes were pretty cool. Gaeta is a little punk.
