in the commentary of the miniseries they talked about the secret note. they wanted people to assume Baltar did it- not to trick them or anything; because they wrote Baltar did it- but they decided to leave it open ended and not to shoot the “confirmation scene.”
also Racetrack has screencaps of herself in 88 Minutes on her website. i must see this movie at all costs.

I am thinking she is on the “way too obvious” list. She could be but it would be fairly weak. I am betting on the final model being a huge shock much like the previous four were. Though the president is on my list as a “maybe” given that she is sharing dreams with two Cylons apparently these days, though even that would be kind of weak.
oh well then. standing splits while brushing teeth butt-ass naked is still a high tier though.
i’m not sure what the deal is yet. if she died, where did the Cylons get the ship, and if they could make a copies of human spacecraft right down to the encryption keys, why didn’t they do it at first just to own the humans completely?
also, in one of the season 1 commentary tracks, Ronald Moore was talking about how he wanted to have SIX lead Baltar into the Opera house and go into a secret tunnel under it. while he was walking in the darkness he was supposed to hear All Along the Watchtower, which would lead him to a door. he’d walk though it and he’d see Starbuck from the old series. i’m paraphrasing of course, but:
Old Starbuck: hey, you’ve heard this song before, right?
Baltar: yeah i can’t quite place it- who are you?
Old Starbuck: i’m God.

What’s the deal with the Raider recognizing another Cylon? How come the 4 have gone so long undetected (on New Caprica, around Sharon) yet now a Raider can just look it them and know it’s a homie. Doesn’t make sense to me.

The jailed Six the president went to talk to said she was programed not to think about them. So somewhere in the subconscious they know about them, but like some hazy dream they can’t quite put their finger on it. Who knows about the raiders, the preview for next week mentions something about lobotomizing the Raiders, so who really knows what they can think or how they’re programmed.
The visions, the logical thinking, and the fact that she was the head of the Education dept makes me think she’s the final cylon, and it was the plan all along to understand and reconcile with their creators.
