Hello SRK! I’m here to announce a new tournament to the NorthEast: Battlefield Con(August 8th). At the tourney, we will be featuring Street Fighter 4 and BlazBlue. Here are the rules for each:
SF4
- Best 2/3 rounds
- Best 3/5 -FINALS-
- Double-elimination
- Arcade sticks are allowed provided the attendee brings their own
BB
- Best 2/3 rounds
- Best 3/5 -FINALS-
- Double-elimination
- Unlimited characters are banned (obv.)
- Astral Heat is OK
- Easy specials are OFF
- Arcade sticks are allowed under the same conditions as SF4
P-p-p-prize BREAKDOWN/techno voice
A prize pool of 60/30/10 (1st, 2nd, 3rd) will consist of $5/entrant. The con itself is $25 to get in at the door and the entry fee is subtracted from that. Basically, you can register for the day then play in any other tournaments you want as well at no extra charge.
