Did May 1st, 2010 bring about a massive BP reset on TvC for others besides me? I just wanted to feel ‘Star’ ranking for at least a few moments. ;; …I don’t see Capcom giving my 6000 BP back.
Anyone here who has played me?

AKT22 - Best Zero player I’ve seen so far. Playing him so much has made me virtually immune to anyone else’s Zero.
OMEGARED - Can’t remember what his chars were, but I know we fought a bunch… taunted, rival-reg’ed, and peaced out.
THE GAME - Best Megaman player I’ve seen so far.
And a bunch of other guys who I’ve rematched for over an hour straight in Free or Ranked battle.
Guess I should’ve heeded your warning, just lost my BP. Oh well, I kind of like being listed as a beginner, it makes me feel less pressure to win. I’d add that you don’t even have to enter a ranked battle to lose you BP.
I haven’t played in what seems like forever but when I played a few nights ago, my bp was the same as it had been since I last played. It got reset but I thought it was due to the network errors and disconnects that has plagued me since I’ve returned. At any rate, I thought the constant logging back in caused the reset. I guess I was wrong.
I just noticed something very interesting. My BP and rank were reset to zero on the 1st and I haven’t played ranked since. However, if I look through the wifi records and look at the rival rankings (updated daily), I can still see the BP and rank I had earned before reset. This would suggest that there are still records of the previous rankings somewhere. It also suggests that it might be technically possible for Capcom to restore the original rankings if they were so motivated. Any word from Capcom on the resets?
Yeah my BP just got reset a couple days ago. Since then i’ve just been sticking to free battles. Being a beginner again is kinda fun lol
