I’ve been searching around, but haven’t found any/many topics about this past the Lounge fixes around release date (which still doesn’t seem fixed?). Playing Battle Lounge seems almost impossible for me, as I get huge lag against 99% of the people I play. Sometime it can start out manageable, but after a match or two it’s teleport city. All of them are 5 bars from Europe and I’ve tried limiting my lobby to PC only. Didn’t have this problem in Ranked at all, just the odd laggy match here and there, but nothing like this.
In SF4 I only ever played Endless, since I’m not a huge fan of Ranked, and always hosted the lobby. In SF5 I also host myself, mainly because every visible lobby the past few days doesn’t actually exist anymore, so I can’t join any of them. Connection is 100/10 and it was enough for SF4 at least…
Does anyone else have this problem? Is it a known issue? I guess Battle Lounge is just not working and I have to go back to Ranked and the ragequitters. Really bummed that I can’t play the way I did in 4.
