Not tryna be cocky bro but if you think Eiji is good then cant possibly have played this game on high level or played anyone good. Eiji is the worse chracter in the game. His Gems are horrible. You get juggled like twice or three times, then when you land Eiji gets punished. Air Gem completely useless (unlike Kayins & Sho’s)
He lost his Kick Dive move from the previous Toshindens and Kayin has this move now. We found that completely hilarious! Has no damaging combos or juggles. His Secret Move is ok. Hyak-ki Mo-Shu-Ken is slow as hell and he arches his sword up before he does it. Very bad start up.
With that said I stated all the reasons to why Eiji is low tier and is very hard for him to win. You can test your Eiji out but if your playing him cause you like him then cool, but if your playing to win you will have no results to show because hes that bad. Sanford is a big Eiji fan and we use to play Kayin/Eiji matchups in Toshinden 2 all the time but he dropped that fool when he saw how bad he was in 3…lol rape! No matter how hard either of us would try to win with him we just ended up being saddened!

If by odd random miraculous chance we get to play someday,…dont pick Eiji. PLaying the computer and playing a real person are completely different!

LOL Wazzup Jeron, what you been up to? I hate to tell everyone, BUT Eiji is NOWHERE near bottom tier. He has damaging combos and great mix-ups. And about his desperation super, you CAN combo into it from a crouching SK. Here’s his most damaging combo: crouching SK, -->,<–,-->+SS, wait for opponent to land and immediately crouching SS, running SS, WS+WK or jumping WS+WK in corner for all hits. Even if you can do air recovery during his set-up, he’s still free to do anything he wants.
Also, can anyone here list ALL the characters HIDDEN SECRET super moves? These are the moves that has the early-SNK-hard as hell-commands. I’ll list the ones that I know off hand:

And about unlocking bosses, you DON’T have to beat the game at level 7 or higher. You can beat the game on level 3, but you HAVE to beat it in under 10 minutes.
