I just unlocked ALL characters in this game. I have some SICK combos with Tracy, Rachael, Adam, David, and Judgement. I LOVE BAT3.
i remembered this game… i used to love it… then i found out about soul blade, tekken, and alpha 2… and the love was gone.

They had a bit of story for each character that you learned after beating the last guy.
A monkey w/Vega claws fighting a gun-toting robot is pretty crazy.

I didn’t get a chance to really get in to the whole Battle Arena thing. They should make a 4th one!
they did and it was crap, it had Eiji’s son and Kayin daughter and Eiji was a boss and the gun dude who is a bad guy was a last boss once you unlock Eiji.
It had a good anime intro though

I got some nice memories with this game, but well only played it casual. That bro of Eiji was damn good if I remember right and I loved to play Duke with that big ass sword. 
Ah the old days …
I used to play as Eiji, his “ken” counterpart, Sho, and pretty much everyone else. Some of the bosses were kind of broke. Like the guy with the gun, you can beat him easily up close, but if he gets any distance on you all he has to do is shoot his fucking guns or shotgun blast your ass off the stage. There was some flying angel chick too that was annoying but half the time she would fly off the stage and kill herself.
Yes it was and I have the 2 part anime series at home, that was da bomb that anime.
I thin k it was based on 2 and its a shame no more came out, its 60 mins long
Yes, the anime was kinda good.
Vermillon was a beast upclose too if you knew how to use him.

YES, BAT3 is the best one. The combos are hella crazy. Mondo has a sometimes 100% corner combo with his air super alone.
seriously how the hell do you even combo in this game i’m using david no chains seem to cancel the system is well odd point me the the right direction
Eff 3, BAT 2 was the boss. Not only was it better in gameplay IMO, it looked better than 3 and Subaru. They should’ve took the gameplay of 2, the ringsizes of 1, and the characters (well, most of them) in 3 to make an uber version.
But if we’re gonna talk general Toshinden, Kayin was the truth. He had some sweet combos in 2 that took off a whole bunch of health. Not to mention his secret move was fast as hell and did decent damage.
