If you can get through Dracula Untold and say it’s good, you can get through Scarlett’s acting in Her. Trust me, she’s great, one of my fav movies in recent years.
You just dig the husky voice, Her hmmm yea it was a good movie until the end I guess (AI love gangbang say wut?) but meh she was better in LiT and hasnt put in as good as a performance since imo. What was wrong with Dracula Untold? God damn action movie and Bard was legit as fuck in it.
Way off topic now, but Vlad and the pacing was great but everything else was poor to mediocre.
Just to reiterate Rock, I’m not hating on the BP casting at all, it’s just that something feels off about him, especially after I saw that interview with him, RDJ, and Evans. Evans is growing on me, after Cap 2, but I fucking hated him in the first Cap, and I thought he was the weakest part of the first Avengers. Even Hawkeye was doing cooler shit.
BP movie is still awhile away though, so who knows. Maybe they can train Chadwick how to have a deeper voice by then.
He was my original first choice, but he’s not a spring chicken anymore…I’d prefer BP to come off ‘younger’…the mid-20s BP if you will. Add in how long of a ‘casting’ this is, and you want someone like him to be younger so that they hold up longer. Yeah Black don’t crack, but it does get raspy, grey, and bald.

I feel they went with a young actor, because they need somebody who will be available, and still young looking, for the 5 movies they have planned for BP. Which makes sense, especially since the first one isn’t for a few more years, anyways.
I’m wondering something here. If this movie turns out as bad as people here seem to think it will be, will it kill off comic book movies the same way Batman and Robin did back in the day? I know no one can answer that for sure, but what do you guys think?
