To be honest, no one is really clowning on the actors themselves that bad anyway. They’re not bad actors (Gal Godot potentially notwithstanding), just potentially miscasted.
Geoff Johns most likely has dick squat for creative control in these movies. The only reason Goyer has any say is that he comes in the package deal with Nolan.
Writers don’t get to do anything on big budget movies except turn in the first couple drafts and fuck off.
when he first came on, he did alot of great stuff for the reboot of the flash. i mean i get it…the speed force theoretically made the flash invincible. shit needed a revamp…i imagine it must have been hard for writers to come up with logical reasons he fucks up when in theory…he could steal anyones momentum and stop them or time travel at will. lol.

Flash is as broken as he always was, nigga can take anyone into the Speed force with A THOUGHT! He can leave them there trapped forever and Oh yeah while they are in the speed force world Flash is basically god.

Flash basically has a better version of Spider Sense. The speed force kicks in even when he’s completely distracted and not doing a damn thing.

Flash is arguably MORE powerful in the New 52 imo.
he’s been able to do all that since wally. i dunno what your talking about. the spider sense power existed since the creation of the speed force. he did it when the speed ninjas attacled him while he was on a date…right after he came back. it kicked him into super speed without him even knowing it…everything slowed down automatically and he was like “Wtf is going on…ohhhh speed force kicked in without me knowing”
someone explained to me in the new 52 barry caused wally to get speed fucked and somehow created the speed force. so it makes sense…sorta.
wallys always been able to think faster than human thought. this is something he explained during the weird blue gem saga or w.e it was. i forget the name of the arc. they never tradebacked it to my knowledge.
Which was kinda my point. The Flash is just as broken as he always was. It’s just a different guy being broken now. Barry is as OP or almost as Wally. Except Barry can open wormholes to the Speed force with his mind which is something I don’t think Wally has ever done.
This is important because unless your a Flash you can’t leave the Speed Force once dumped there. And you can only get out apparently by having a Flash help you.

nah my thing was johns rebooted the speedforce in the beginning. it wasnt as overpowered when he took over and revamped alot of things…things may be back to normal. barry is basically wally now, and almost written the same way which is stupid as fuck.
i’m a little confused why those issues act like alot of these powers are new. i think even dc comics forgot wtf the flash can do.

Hey so question:
Given Quicksilver was able to tap into the Speed Force to greatly increase his speed, could Sonic/Tails/Shadow/Knuckles/whoever do the same?
Sonic only runs fast because those little sparkles he jumps through to get to his Chaos Emeralds is actually PCP.
If you guys actually played through Sonic 3 & Knuckles, got all the chaos emeralds, beat every level with at least 100 coins, and beat the last boss under 30 seconds you would have seen the secret ending where Sonic feverishly licks the angel dust off his shoes while on top of Robotnik’s corpse.
Also, when DC and Marvel did the crossover thing quicksilver kept getting stomped by flash until they fought in the marvel universe, speed force don’t exist there.
Yeah Quicksilver is garbage compared to Flash.
QS consistently jobs to mid-low lvl heroes and Villains and is like the ONLY member of his family that isn’t OP as fuck. His sisters are a female Magneto and a reality warper capable of fighting beings like the Phoenix.
QS almost whole skillset is lesser versions of what Flash can do. But at least QS is a much better fighter in H2H which IIRC is what gave him the a pity win over Flash once he lost the Speed force.
haha, Flash is so ridiculous, I love it… there’s no way he could logically lose to nearly anything, unless it’s a being with similar speed abilities…or a cosmic-level being, I guess.

I ain’t believing shit until WB officially says something. Lets be real, damn near everyone has been off the mark in terms of who was gonna be the characters in this movie. Nobody saw Affleck as Batman. We were all waaaay off with Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. Now with Eisenberg is Luthor it completely messes up everyone that though Cranston was a lock. The Rock as Green Lantern is just ‘meh’ casting. I say give Reynalds a shot again. Not his fault Green Lantern has shitty writing.
Agreed. Ryan is too attractive to not be GL, and he wasn’t a Bad Hal. The movie itself just had a rushed plot with a forced love story.
