I used to sneak and open all my presents on Christmas eve night after my parents went to bed, and then rewrap them before morning.
There was little to nothing to hate. We’ve been over this. People have had to been checked on who doomsday even is. No one has seen jesse eisenberg in action. I dont like gal gadot, but look, i havent seen her in action either. Non spoiler reviews are saying both did an excellent job, and that ben affleck is THE batman.
So yeah, if youve spent the last 9 months being that guy. I guess you have seen a lot to hate. But just a few weeks ago with the last trailer, most of you niggas changed your tune.
So now shut the fuck up, go back to your closet, and get in the theater on friday before i dick your girlfriend down. lol
Movies had one good trailer, like woo they can edit well sometimes.
I’m not gonna say the movie is bad, but aside from that one trailer nothing about it has looked that good, and the movie story sound way too cluttered and rushed. I think it will be bad, and wont be going to the theature unless reviews and impressions change my mind.

The review from a guy who saw the fan screening said it was good, and all the parts he thought were gonna be bleh, turned out really well, including jesse as luthor. So we’ll see
For what I’m reading about BvS, the problems with the move and their proposed DC Extended Universe would be these:
1) Overly dark tone. Looks like in this movie both Superman and Batman are straight up murderer antiheros (yes, Superman didn’t really feel bad for killing Zod last time, from the reviews I’ve read). Why focusing more in the “Superman problem” than in its heroics? Why portraying him as a violent force instead of focusing on his inspiring aspect. Also, there’s a lack of humour throughout the movie and wooden acting, for what I’ve read.
2) Bad directing and writing. Looks like Goyer’s gone for good but Snyder is a bad director for what I’ve heard. Action is great but the editing of the movie is bad, there’s bad storytelling all over the place. Look at Superman Returns (bad writing) and Green Lantern (bad writing and direction), WB doesn’t have good producers coordinating everything so their attempts as superhero movies are never solid or consistent.
3) Not reflecting the comics enough. I don’t know whose idea was to feature a young hipster Lex Luthor, casting an anorexic model as Wonder Woman and start the movie with a retired Batman where everything we know from the classic mythos has already passed. They could have been more loyal to the comics and… start from the beginning, maybe? I think fans wanted to see the classic DC universe in the big screen and general audience wanted to see what they’re already familiar with… WB’s approach is different, but not in a good form, this looks like a very weird Elseworld and we don’t understand the decisions.
4) Corporate mandated tie-ins. They used Batman v Superman to set up their whole cinematic universe and for what I’ve read, it looks really forced. People don’t like that if they didn’t like the movie enough, this is just TASM2 all over again. They should have focused in doing a great movie in first place…
More than “terrible”, I think the DCEU as a whole is going to be very irregular in quality, and that’s my opinion. Too bad their more important series (Superman, Justice League, probably Batman too) looks like they’re going to be very flawed compared to their lesser known properties (Suicide Squad looks great).
I still want to see Batman v Superman, just lowered my expectations a lot

Who gives a shit. Is superman suppose to still be crying over that. Also, when has superman ever been about humor. His humor is when hes being a cocky dick, because hes invincible. When has batman ever been humorous also. Its only fitting that their movies have a darker tone. As if no great batman or superman books have have darker tones.
Dont pin shitty superman returns and green lantern on snyder. Zack snyder is solid imo. People have enjoyed his movies in the past, and are acting brand new now.
They couldnt start from the beginning. It makes more sense to have a seasoned batman facing off against an alien that could destroy our planet, than a noob batman. People would just be pissed, and yelling about how can batman be so good at fighting superman so early in his career.
Plus DC is playing catch up. Nolans shitty batman movies didnt help. Again, the dc universe literally just started with man of steel. Marvels started in 2008 with iron man. As far as jesse eisenberg goes. I mean, we’ll have to see. Obviously we know the comics have portrayed lex in varying ways, and smallville blended their own with the comics. So i get wanting the bad ass, bald head mothafucka from the comics, but i just have to see where they go with that character first before i hate it.
