Huh, tony chose to level an entire like 50 story building to try to stop the hulk. The amount of real life collateral that would cause is ridiculous. But jimmy, he didnt have any option but to fight hulk there, and do that to try to stop him. Superman ended up adding to the leveling of a city for the same reason tony stark dropped hulk into a building, and then flew through all of it with the hulk, TO TRY TO STOP THEM. In supermans case, zod could do far more damage in 30 seconds than hulk could, and like hulk, zod refused to let up just to be nice to the cities citizens.
