Bruce as Batman shows up in Final Crisis, which takes place after RIP.

Bruce will likely abandon the Batman identity sometime after FC.

the visual comedy of that scene would be hilarious. shit just have a few joke comics of superheroes standing in for batman…like the green arrow.

It did happen. Superman, as Batman, beat the crap out of Bane.

That’s an Ignorant thing to say since DC have attempt to ‘kill’ Batman back in the early 90s with Knightfall IIRC. …though kill wouldn’t be the appropriate word more like let someone else dawn the cowl as Batman.
There’s also the Death of Superman, and Hal Jordon turning into Parallax could be counted as killing off Hal.
There have been deaths of many comic characters, but often their deaths last for quite a while.
