Can we please get clarification on the start time?
Original post says 12 noon is registration, 1 p.m. start time but a page later there’s mention of a 10 a.m. start time?
There’s a contingent of players coming from out of town to this tournament and we need to ensure we’ve got the arrangements in place to get there at the correct time.

the official word from the venue is registration will close 15 minutes before play which is scheduled to start at 1pm.
the store will be open @10 though so if you want to show up early and warm up that’s cool, we could use feedback so we can make this all run smoother in the future as well.
just an FYI there is a pizza hut in the plaza and a convenience store, ther is also another really close plaza that has a kfc and a tim hortons.

In light of the information I just received Team Heroes World will no longer be attending this event.
The individual/organizer who first approached me did not put a team together and is also not attending the event!?!
I would recommend to anyone planning to make the trip that they should contact the venue to make sure it will be run as promoted/advertised.

I’ve never seen a tournament just collapse cause not one person from the scene is able to give a simple answer. Funny how there was supposedly 60 people pre-reg’d and the tourney director was worried about the firecode. Now hes not running it due to lack of interest.
