Arturo was simply awesome. You can tell how much he has leveled up while in Japan. His footsies were super solid and he controlled every second of both matches. The only reason he lost that round against Ed-Ma was that super clutch Ultra, but other than that, he convincingly won those two very hard match-ups.

I don’t understand why Valle even played Gouken the last 2 tourneys (1st both) and not use him here, this is not some martial arts movie where you save your secret technique (character in this case) then pull him out the last second for victory. If he feels his Ryu is better he should have been leveling up Ryu all along in the recent tournaments instead of Gouken.
