I always thought that Necro was very good against Chunli. Move in with divekicks then lock her down with QCF+P. Her jump keeps her in the air for a long time so it is easy to react and do b+hp -> d/b + hp. However, to maximize Necro’s effectiveness against her, you need to master doing b+mp xx super on reaction :[ . I’ve only seen japanese being able to do that :eek:
Well, chun li’s back+FP owns all of necro’s normals. Sure, she floats funny and you can pull off some cool looking combos on her, but playing against a turtling back+fp-abusing chun is frustrating. Then again, it’s frustrating to play against anyone that turtles. 
I think necro dies to akuma and ken. Maybe not so much to Ryu, but Necro takes damage like a ho.

Elena vs Hugo i can understand. i have heard time and again that Chun owns Hugo. my Chun is not so great. how does Chun beat Hugo so badly?
So bad it’s not even funny. Hugo just cannot get on her at ALL. Everything that Hugo throws out gets outpriorized by Chun Li’s whatever.

i dunno but for me playing chun li is soooooo damn annoying with ryu :mad:
chun’s towards+roundhouse works the same as elena’s back+roundhouse, she can’t be thrown if she does it. so that eliminates all of hugo’s low jab/short/strong/forward, grab, 360’s and 720. plus jump roundhouses beats his shootdown backbreaker (dp+k) so random jump roundhouses keeps hugo honest about anti-airs. once that happens, you can go back to using jump fierce x 2, which has got to be the most annoying air chain ever created, as a valid jump in or air-to-air defense. so after all this, hugo can only try to parry the towards+roundhouse and chun can counter that with low forward. if hugo tries to jump in and parry in the air, just air throw him or walk underneath him and standing roundhouse while he’s in the air. it really is pretty much a losing situation for hugo, just as bad as against elena.

tag her in by holding up while taunting(dreamcast) or holding start while taunting

So he cant dominate the rest of the cast like chun li can.but who cares?he dominates the top and abit of second tier pretty good.Yun,Makoto,Yang and Dudley die pretty bad to his shoto ass.He has a fair fight vs Chunli,so IMO he’s top.SRK just screws alot of ppl over and the combo-ability,bar shortness AND number of SAIII is retarded.
