Very impressive.

Absolutely stunning!

And so He does it again. Beautiful work. Golf claps please.

Been checking this thread everyday for months now…

absolutely stunning work… Not that I expected anything less considering everything you do looks so damn professional… you are a true craftsman!

Thanks for posting this whole log…I am sure that many folks here enjoyed watching it come together.

I need to stop being such a tightwad and comission a stick from you…

Would love to see some beautiful gameplay on this.

So so good. Thanks for showing us.

Worth the wait. Beautiful.

beautiful.

Sam, you are a friggin beast!!! MY GOODNESS! I’m glad you live over the great pond because I’d be broke buying one of those bad boys from ya!!! Geez!

That is epic work. Plug it in and take it for a spin!!

thats what im talking about. i am trying to make mine too but i am going for a 4 player…hope it turns out remotely decint XP. you do very good work sir

Great job man! been waiting a while to see this and its been worth the wait.

Now this… this is pretty.

HOLY SHIT! Thanks to whoever bumped this thread. Wow this man gets all the props from me. Amazing work and sick looking cabinet!!

Monster accomplishment, man! Certainly something to be proud of!

Question: how solid does it feel? I mean when you are playing on it, do you feel like you have to be careful about putting wait on the panel or people slamming it down when they lose a match? My cabs are old burly things and I I don’t mind if people slam them around, but if I had a custom deal like yours I think I’d be afraid the control panel was gonna suffer with that sort of abuse.

Very Nice !!!

Thanks everyone for the compliments. It’s what drives me to continue to build more.

I actually had this finished a while ago but couldn’t find anyone to take some professional photos of it.

I made a video of it in action but there was a slight error in the audio so I need to fix it first.

I think I will start uploading some matches soon but can’t promise it will be anything high-level :S

The whole thing weights about 120kgs (maybe more) and it does move for nothing. Even wheeling this thing about is difficult. I built it like this on purpose do it can take a beating. The control panel is actually strong enough to sit on. I used some steel angles along the edge of the control panel base to prevent any possible flex.

I will let you all know when I put the video up of it in action shortly.

Thankyou all again for showing interest in my works!

wow, just awesome. someone nominate it for the front page of srk.

Man, I’d fly across the pond to see this thing in person. You outdid yourself on this one. Much props all around

Super super classy, once again. The glassfiber curves are amazing, I love them. The cupboard with alu handles and windowpane is dead gorgeous.
What I’m less fond of: the cabinet is a bit too large for my tastes, although I gues it makes playing games much more confortable and the Logitech logo on the speakers is a very unneeded touch of cheapness. However, easily one of the very best DIY arcade cabinet I’ve seen yet AND it’s not a mere copy of something already existing.
