Knowing is half the battle, of course with the econonmy the way it is it’s harder for low-income, middle class students to do anything about it who want to.
I had a math teacher who talked about how she liked to go to South America(I believe it was Chile or Peru) and tutor the upper class kids in English, making crazy$ and would use that money to open up schools/build buildings to tutor the the kids and young adults living in poverty stricken areas, english and math for free. It was pretty much the coolest thing I’ve heard from someone I actually knew.

fixed. I can see where you are all coming from with all this, but don’t mistake that it’s only the U.S. that is guilty. And while there are lots of things that can be improved here, I’ll take what I’ve got, which is opportunity. Shit gets tough, and lots of times you have to suck it up and take it like a bitch from “the man”, but it’s much better than some of the alternatives.

Man, I don’t say it sounds realistic, but I think the english voice actors are annoying. I can’t understand the Japanese, which for me, makes it less annoying. I think they mean to say it sounds more like the intended voice rather than ‘realistic.’
Ummmmmm No, 1st. wasnt talking about you. 2nd. I was talking about the guy that held up the tournament before his match to make sure Akuma's voice was on Japanese b/c it was more realistic. 3. Now this just me, but i dont think anyone would INTEND for Rog/Rufus/Ken and such to be Japanese.ken is japanese though.

I just mean like, the Japanese voices are the original voices. Because the game is Japanese. For the English dubs, ithey always sound rushed to me. Like they just used the first woman that came along to voice so-and-so’s character. I would like the English voices if I felt like they actually put some effort in when getting the voice actors. I feel like more thought goes into the Japanese ones, but maybe they have more time.
