If anyone still cares about MGL and AE, I was there on Friday and the p2 stick is broken, it is only accepting about 40% of the up movements.

It’s marvel, there are going to be a lot of people playing the same characters. I mean its 3 man teams, the odds of one of them being someone you play too is going to happen. I think there is a general attitude problem here where people think that they ‘own’ certain characters or discourage others from playing the same as them. In all honesty we should be just encouraging it and helping each other out if someone plays the same character(s) as you. I know there are some who are not like this and I try not to be (I use to have that attitude back in the day). So I say, if there are a lot of people who like wesker or wolv then help them out and show them what you know, in the end it makes us all better because you may learn something when they play those characters too. Though I do encourage experimenting with all the characters to find out what feels correct or fun to play, all I’m saying is who cares what everyone else plays and lets just help each other level up instead of discouraging someone from playing the same character(s) as you.
AE question. Anyone know if that 1 frame difference (supposedly) will be fixed in the PS3 version? Just curious.
it was the same in vanilla and ssf4. so i doubt it
Saikyo I don’t think there is anything they can do about it, If I remember correctly its a hardware issue on ps3 but I may be wrong.
Just wanted to thank Haz for hosting last night. The effort that you have been putting into the stream and gatherings really is just enormous man.
Speaking of streams, thanks to Reece for holding it down all night last night. Everything ran so much smoother than last week because of it.
Also GG’s to Scott, Nick, and that Viper player… Tony was it? was fun to play some Super against you guys again.

It’s starting to be the same in MK. Everybody and their mama plays Kung Lao now. I originally picked KL because he is a kung fu guy but he just so happens to be one of the best characters. I originally picked Wesker b/c of Resident Evil and he turns out to be one of the best characters.

So I went to my first tournament Saturday and I had a blast. It was an MK tournament and I actually managed to take first place =D
