I’ve had this happen to me before, but I can’t explain why it happens or how I got rid of it. But, try going to Sound Output settings and unchecking EVERY audio option except for HDMI. I think the PS3 menu uses what it views as optimal sound, but then when it loads up a game it lets the game decide. And for some reason, some of the options (I think they’re like PCM or something?) mess it up and the game goes with that.
Also, Ibuki…buffs? As much as I bitch and moan about her, any real changes to her would make her a completely different character than the one I enjoy playing the most. It looks like I’ll be using her flip jump a bit more to bait out crouch techs, and maybe it’ll lend itself to some ambiguous setups? Though I’m not sure, it might only be useful with a Super. Bonsho kick might turn into a really useful poke, I’m curious about the new trajectory on it. Ultra 1 intrigues me too, I wonder if they changed the hitbox on it? It may end up turning into a free chip Ultra or something. Really, all her changes are gonna be hard to see without being able to use them.
Dana: Level 1 Focus buff is a big deal IMO. I know it leaves you at negative but it’s a great way to stay in. On paper you’ll get thrown out of it, but I doubt that’ll happen often. It’s another way to risk getting in, and the more ways to do so the harder it is to punish.
Ibuki buffs, blanka buffs, dudley buffs, seth buffs, c viper nerfs.

Yeah man the problem was I had to change the Sound Output settings by using a higher frequency of Khz, now its perfect, I love my ASUS! =D. Been practicing on it all day, I will never drop another combo again. muahahaha! lolz

Yeah he needed walk speed, his bad spray is god like now tho lol, that took care of his wakeup options, hard knockdown not included obv. Ultra 1 the better ultra now?

@jon: I am very uncertain as to how useful any of Dudley’s buffs will be other than the counter hit RH going back to the way it was in Super. CH RH xx LK Duck hit confirm into another RH was big part of Dudley’s game before they removed it in AE.
But I welcome any buffs at all. Once again, it seems like other character nerfs will be Dudley’s biggest buffs though. there was a mistranslation on the crossup, so that is out. Not sure how good spending 2 meters to FADC a rose will be. U1 buff seems welcome to me, but not needed. The air to air frame data and hitbox buffs are welcome, but were definitely not something I cared about before. I’ll still get DP’d out of the level 1 focus on block. Unfortunately they seem to have ignored his core problems. But who knows what else is changed that they are not talking about.

Very true Scott, however, all I gotta do is run and not stop once i’ve knocked you down and those 20 frames of shame go right out the window and I get a grill full o’ dirt and JACKPOT! I guess it’ll just have to be very specific. The hammer hook buff seems nice too tho it does seem slight. And the knife! FINALLY the knife will be f3eared!!! lol I can’t wait to see people on stream pickin dat shit up fo’ free! Got some great practice in on the monitor yesterday…that thing is sexy lol wow. I wish I had gotten it two years ago.
As for everyone’s favorite ninja (Muji excluded =P), I’m excited for the increased throw range, as he has several mixup setups after a backwards or forwards throw, but I’m hoping that means his backwards throw out of the 4 hit target combo got increased, that would be SEXY. The decreased recovery on bushin flip is kinda nice, gives him a coward copter in a sense (but I like being in da corner!?!?). Neutral jump heavy punch hitbox increase I guess is nice but I wish they woulda just buffed the n.j. roundhouse, its better for safe jumps and it creates juggle state lol. All the nubs who don’t know how to auto-correct EX-tatsu got their hitbox wish I guess. Can’t wait to see you guys out there on friday, and tonight as well if you guys will stick around till 12 (I don’t get off work till 11, but will be hauling ass from baseline/rural to GW!)
