When you filled out the form they opened a Patelco account for you in your name and deposited the money into it, you dont need the certificate, but I would bring it anyways just in case. Just make sure to bring ID so that they can verify who you are.

Ricky used Yun & Chun in the Finals…but probably owned peeps with Ken throughout the tourney.
Jimmy used Urien for serious matches, and Ken for scrubs like me.
Anthony used Urien and Twelve (and almost pulled some crazy counter match bullshit with him, too)
Mike, I’m assuming, used Dudree the whole time.
