Uhh…So, something I’ve been wondering. In theory, could a blood bender, well, tear a person apart? Or bend (no pun intended) them into positions that would break their bones? Every time I see someone blood bended, I think the blood bender is going to just snap them apart.
Depending on the power of the Bloodbender, it seems likely.
I fear to wonder how far Yakone and his sons could go when the Full Moon actually IS out.

I think Toph’s dead, but who knows, Zuko’s still alive out there and he was the eldest of Team Avatar.
Did anyone else notice that everyone who got hit with Yakone’s bloodbending is dead, yet Katara and Zuko are still around kicking it in their old age? Perhaps getting bent into pretzels by Yakone shortened their lifespans or something.
Of course, the creators already stated that Aang died relatively young due to his century in ice, but maybe the bloodbending attacks left some residual damage that led to Sokka and Toph not getting to be Badass Grampas(-mas)…
