I suppose there could be an expired certificate, but you can not exclude problems on your side so make sure it’s not the case. I would advise to clean your registry from all the junk files, the result may surprise you and you will discover that more issues were solved after this. I run a cleaner with different purpose and find out that the sites which I was not able to access for some weeks are opening fine. Then I ask my colleague from IT Dep if this could have solved the issue and he confirmed that in some cases it may help.
