Sup folks

would someone be so kind as to make me a new cvs2 av :3

vega on the left

sakura on right

and blanka in the middle

and the glowing groove bar too :3

sprites dont have to move but a if they could all glow at once in blue

and a random blue and red background

I just used a font similar to the one for FULL and replicated the style with italics, a gradient, and a border.
