I’m a new user on SRK but I’ve been around these forums for a while (forgot my old login that I made in college). My name’s Monji and I’ve been going to UFO pretty steadily once a week for a few months now, ever since I heard about the ranbats. I’m usually wearing an SF-related shirt while there and I play a thoroughly mediocre Dictator.
I’m posting to see if anyone’s interested in a Super SF4 release party. I’d be hosting it at my place, featuring 2 TE fightsticks, a 37" HDTV, and of course Super SF4 on Xbox. Assuming we get enough people, I’d love to hold a small tourney (I’ve been running CCG tourneys for years, brackets aren’t a problem).

Don’t worry, I’ll be pretty scrubby as I learn some new characters in Super SF4 (angling for Dudley/Akuma, over a year of Dictator has made me thoroughly done with charge characters!). Also, if there’s interest I suppose I could make a new thread, but I’m also wondering if any other UFO guys are doing things on release day for Super SF4.
