The reason e’s doesnt have mvc2 is because, at one point they DID have it, and it never made a dime… same reason they ditched cvs2. Everyone has been so 3s obsessed since its release that Im amazed a small scene has come up around GGXX to be honest

The guitar bitch seemingly got toned down in #R, but her mixup game is faster. She’s a really solid mid tier character without any bad matches in the top tier… she’s just hard to play. Stylish though, and since no one plays her, no one knows how to play against her.
Also if someone’s giving Jeff Marvel lessons I wouldn’t mind learning either. I see the game STILL popular after all this time and get tired of staring at the flashing lights wondering what’s happening.

Hentai besides the lancave we usually get together once a week at either my or CD’s place for Guilty Gear sessions… we’ve had to fight tooth and nail to keep the GGXX scene alive in Austin but it gets bigger every week as more and more people show up. I’ll try to come for CvS2 as often as possible, but who plays that besides Kamui, Fubar, and CrimsonDisaster? I need some comp people! Also, Ryan, will you be availible Monday so I can pick up my stuff? I’m not positive I will be able to, but I will be in Austin Monday.
*You never answered my question about there being any CvS2 when CFE comes out. Of course I know the CvS2 scene is rather weak in Austin, so I’ll understand if you all don’t play CvS2. I can’t wait for CFE though.

Are you going to have CFJ/CFE at the thing this Friday? The guy at Einsteins said they’re “talking” about getting it, but that means its not even ordered I would assume, so it’ll be at least a few more weeks and Id like a chance to check it out… anyone got a copy?
I think the next game Steins is getting is Tekken5 in Dec… This game will be the first of the newer games steins plans on getting. That means CFJ will prolly not be here till at least Jan.
Einstein’s just bought a new Air Conditioning unit for $1,200 so they don’t want to spend money on a new game now. The new guy/owner who makes the final decision in getting games (not Chief, he quit) wants to wait for Tekken 5 before they buy any new games, because it is the most guaranteed money. The owner has the list of games Josh told him to get (GGXX #Reload, CFJ, Tekken 5, Initial D Racer) and Josh’s suggestions have generally always made money, so it is very likely that we will eventually see all of these games at Einstein’s. However, the only one we can expect to see in the near future with any certainty is probably Tekken 5. After that game starts making tons of money (which it will), they should be able to justify getting the other games as well.
Stay tuned for some important announcements concerning the Friday get-togethers. We are going to restructure it a little bit, and I think it will make the gatherings a lot more fun for everyone!
…so Einstein’s finally got a new AC. Yay. Now if they would just find someplace bigger and get more games, I’d be happier, of course, that just makes me a whiney bitch and it’s not like I ever go anymore anyways.
…and I miss the CvS2 machine, even if that game is broke all to hell these days.
Sorry, but Lancave’ing tonight is CANCELLED due to Halloween (and the fact that I am very sleep deprived). Like it says on TXGAMING.COM’s front page, we will be resuming the console nights NEXT Friday, November 5th.
We should have some good surprises in store for everyone by next week, so everyone make plans to go
